EIS for Twins ballpark project Hennepin County prepared a state final Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) for the proposed construction of the Minnesota Urban Ballpark, a new 42,000 seats (maximum), open-air Baseball Stadium for use by the Minnesota Twins. The project includes the ballpark structure and associated infrastructure improvements surrounding the ballpark site.
